Our Opinion:
I first ordered a Blackstone, but when it arrived, it looked so bad that I quickly returned it and replaced it with a Pit Boss, which made me my own hero. So far, I’ve simply unboxed it, but wow.
The grease “trap” and the holes in the base are aligned on the griddle top. Something the Blackstone didn’t manage to accomplish. The top of the Pit Boss’ griddle was spotless. Something that the Blackstone lacked. I have at least a week of rain ahead of me, but once it stops, I’ll get this thing seasoned and updated.
