It’s thought that early Homo erectus, the hominids who predated even the Neanderthals, had their first taste of cooked flesh after discovering charred boar in the aftermath of a forest fire, long before man understood how to make fire.
They most certainly consumed the heated meat, melted fat, and crispy skin on the spot after following the odd, albeit delightful, fragrance of “barbecue” to its source. It sounds like a delicious origin tale.
The urge to harness the power of fire and roast flesh marked a watershed moment in human history. Cooked beef was easier to chew and digest, and it provided essential fat and protein for brain development and growth.
The act of hunting and cooking over an open fire encouraged sociability and helped tribes and communities emerge.

Our Opinion:
I was astounded by the current prices of a similar grill! I bought this grill after concluding that I didn’t need to enclose (conceal) the propane tank or have a side burner. It looks equally as well as more expensive versions, but it has a smaller cooking area.
The assembly instructions were the most problematic aspect. It’s easier to follow the assembly procedures if you glance at the parts diagram. If you’re a weekend griller, do yourself a favor and buy some steaks instead of using the grill.
FAQs:
What is the purpose of the chain on a grill?
The matchstick holder is a chain that is used to manually light the grill in the event that the electronic igniter system fails.
On the grill, what temperature should one cook steak at?
Steaks should be cooked at a temperature of 450°F to 500°F.
How many times should a steak be flipped?
That is, once the steak has reached temperature, one should only flip it once. Flipping it 90 degrees on each side to achieve some great cross-hatched grill marks.
What is the source of liquid propane?
Propane, along with butane and ethane, is one of the components extracted from natural gas during processing. Propane is a by-product of the conversion of petroleum into gasoline or heating oil. As a result, propane can be derived from either natural gas or petroleum.
Is propane and liquid petroleum the same thing?
Propane and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are interchangeable terms. Butane and isobutane, as well as propane, can be found in the latter.
Is liquid propane considered a gas?
Propane, often known as LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), is a gas that is compressed and kept as a liquid.
Is a propane tank made entirely of propane?
Air Liquid produces propane pure gas with a purity of up to 99.9%. Chemical synthesis, refrigeration, and flame gas are only a few of the applications for it.
