Our Opinion:
The Blackstone 28-inch griddle is by far the greatest grill I've ever used. The proportions are ideal. It's the same size as my old Char-Broil grill with four burners. It just took approximately 10 minutes to complete the setup.
Just remember to season the cooktop before using it for the first time. The conditioner and seasoning oil from Blackstone were utilized. That brand comes highly recommended. I seasoned it four times in succession, then I was ready to cook. I scrape the griddle top and clean it down with olive oil after each usage, and it's ready for the next use. Everything about this grill is fantastic.
